Please review the following to familiarize yourself with the application process now that your application has been approved.
Should you like to proceed with your application, the next steps in this process will be to submit a security deposit and schedule a check-in time and date with a Stott repersentative.
Security Deposit
A security deposit must be submitted as soon as possible, prior to receiving a lease.
- Security Deposit value is one month's rental income.
- Security Deposit MUST be in certified funds (ie. cash, cashier's check, or money order). Please note, we will not accept personal checks.
- Made payable to "Stott Property Management, LLC."
- Pet deposit is an additional $1,000.
- Please verify your security deposit total with a Stott representative.
Deliver or mail your security deposit to our office in Kailua, the address and hours are listed below. Note that we continue to show the unit and process incoming applications until we have a security deposit in hand. Security deposits must be submitted within 1-2 business days.

If you are unable to deliver the security deposit during office hours, there is a drop-box located to the left of our front door. Please text or call and leave a voicemail to note that you have delivered the deposit. We will reach out to you the next business confirming receipt.
Check-in Date & Time
In order to generate a lease. We must schedule a check in date in time. Check-ins are schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm only. Please note, all applicants must be present during check in. You will be meeting an agent at the property to go over the following forms and any further questions you may have.
- Rental Agreement (lease)
- Property Condition Form
- Tenant Handbook
- Lead Base Paint Form (if applicable)
Rental Agreement
Once we receive a security deposit and have scheduled a check in date, we will remove the rental listing from our vacancies.
Please allow our leasing department 2-3 business days to generate an electronic lease that will be emailed to all parties within your group application for review and signatures. All parties on the lease must sign the lease as soon as possible. If you have further questions or concern, please call our office at 808-254-5558 and ask for Tia.
